Hi! We’re Blake and Jay, a couple who loves animals and photography. Inspired by our rescue cat, White Sox, we started capturing her personality through photos, and soon expanded to photographing pets for friends and family.
At Two and One Photo, we create fun, relaxed sessions where pets can be themselves. No stuffy studios—just authentic moments that highlight their unique personality. We respect their space and work to capture the bond you share with your furry loved ones.

The Photographer
Jie
A self-taught photographer and software engineer, Jay combines technical precision with a creative eye to capture unforgettable moments. Armed with a Canon 5D professional DSLR, Jie Jenn excels in photo editing with a focus on natural color and minimal touch-ups, ensuring each shot feels authentic.
He is also an avid traveler, who has explored countries like Turkey, Peru, Japan, Taiwan, Vietnam, and more, honing skills in travel and landscape photography. This diverse experience brings a unique perspective to every session, creating timeless memories for pet parents.

Blake
As a photo enthusiast, content creator, and seasoned marketing professional, Blake brings a unique blend of creativity and expertise with a passion for storytelling through images.
By taking a digital photography course at Columbia College and researching cat behavior following the adoption of White Sox, Blake brings both technical skills and a deep understanding of animals to every session.
At shoots, Blake captures adorable behind-the-scenes moments and helps pets feel at ease, ensuring every session is fun and memorable.

Meet White Sox, the co-founder! Adopted from a shelter in Taipei, this sweet and curious adult cat quickly became the muse for our journey into pet photography. Her whimsical nature, easy-going attitude, and kind spirit inspire us daily to capture the unique personalities of other pets.
White Sox reminds us to find joy in the little moments and celebrate the bonds we share with our furry companions—lessons we carry into every photo we take. She’s not just our cat; she’s the inspiration of why we do what we love.
This is why we are called Two and One: two humans and one extraordinary cat!
